- 14 oz smoked sausage cut into half-moons
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 yellow onion diced
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 24 oz pasta sauce
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 12 oz bow tie pasta
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Brown the Sausage
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add the smoked sausage and cook for about 3 minutes per side, until nicely browned.
Sauté the Onion and Garlic
