- 1 ½ lbs chicken breasts or chicken tenderloins
- 8 oz French’s Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or water
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper and add in the broth.
Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 °F.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove the juices from the slow cooker. Shred or chop the chicken.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard and honey.
Stir the sauce into the shredded chicken in the slow cooker.
Serve over rice, egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or cauliflower rice.
