  • 2-3 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 - 1 ounce envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic

Optional

  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  • Place pork into the slow cooker, sprinkle the soup mix, broth, vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic over the top. Using the back of a wooden spoon spread the ingredients all over the pork.
  • Cover with a lid and cook on low for 6 hours or until the pork is cooked through and tender.
  • Slice the pork on a cutting board then drizzle the sauce from the slow cooker over the top. Serve over rice.
