Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs flank steak sliced thin against the grain
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced thin
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced thin
  • 1 red onion sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp fajita seasoning or taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • corn or flour tortillas

Toppings (optional)

  • cheese
  • cliantro
  • diced avocado

Instructions

  • Set the oven to broil.
  • Spray a single sheet pan with non-stick spray.
  • To a large bowl add the steak, oil, peppers, onion, seasoning, and lime juice. Stir to coat.
  • Place the mixture on the sheet pan and spread out evenly.
  • Broil for 8 minutes, then remove from the oven and toss everything around. Place back in the oven for an additional 8 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking.
  • Serve alongside warm tortillas and top with your favorite fajita toppings. Enjoy!
