- 6 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups cooked ham bacon, or sausage
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups savory herb stuffing mix
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, add eggs, meat, milk, cheese, and stuffing mix. Whisk until well combined and the yolks are broken.
Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Pour the egg mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 50 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set and the top is golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Meat Substitutes: You can use ham, sausage, or bacon—or a combination.
Make Ahead: Mix everything the night before, cover, and refrigerate. Bake in the morning as directed.
