Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 white onion, diced

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tbs worcesherstor

  • 1/2 tsp thyme

  • dash garlic and onion pwder

  • dash salt and pepper

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 2/3 cup milk

  • Bag frozen tater tots

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉
  • In a pan, cook beef and onion together completely through. Remove excess grease. Add in woceshetshire, thyme, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
  • In a small bowl, add in can of soup ad milk and whisk together.
  • In a greased baking dish, pour beef and onion in, and put a covering layer of frozen tater tots over it. Pour soup mix over top of everything and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake for 45 – 50 minutes or until the tater tots are golden

    I made a few modifications – added frozen green beans as I cooked the hamburger, cheese soup instead of mushroom and a can of milk. First time, with the veggies, there wasn’t enough sauce. Extremely delicious and super easy to throw together.
