Taco Mac & Cheese – Dollar Dinners

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey breast

  • 1 box of Mac & Cheese

  • 14oz can diced tomatoes

  • 1 1/2 tbs taco seasoning

  • 3 tbs water

Directions

  • To a skillet over medium heat add the ground turkey cook through.
  • To a pot of boiling water add the pasta and cook until tender. Drain and set aside.
  • To the cooked ground beef add the pasta, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, mac and cheese cheesy packet, and water. Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes stirring frequently. Enjoy with your favorite taco toppings!
