Slow Cooker Berry Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 8 cups frozen mixed berries

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 15 oz box vanilla cake mix

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • Vanilla ice cream for serving

Directions

  • To a medium sized bowl add the frozen berries and cornstarch stir well to coat the berries
  • Spray a medium sized slow cooker with non-stick spray. Add the frozen berries
  • To a small bowl add in the cake mix and melted butter stir well until crumbly. Sprinkle the crumbly mixture over the berries.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or until it has set.
  • Serve with ice cream
