Ingredients for Sheet Pan Sausage Tortellini:

  • Veggies: I like to use fresh broccoli that has been cut into smaller pieces
  • Seasoning: you will need to use minced garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper
  • Sausage: grab your favorite brand of smoked chicken sausage and then slice it into disks
  • Tortellini: I like to use frozen cheese tortellini but you can use your favorite flavor
  • Cheese: use freshly shredded Parmesan cheese to add extra flavor to this sheet pan tortellini
  • Oil: use either olive oil or avocado oil for the best results

How to make Sheet Pan Sausage Tortellini:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place the broccoli, garlic, sausage, cheese tortellini, salt, pepper, and olive oil onto the sheet pan and toss everything in the oil to coat.

Bake for 15 minutes then remove from the oven to flip.

Fridge: In an airtight container place the leftovers from the sausage mixture and store it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
