Ranch Chicken Legs

Ingredients

  • 5-7 Chicken Legs

  • 1 lb baby potatoes (Cut into bite size pieces)

  • 1/2 lb carrots (Cut into bite sized pieces)

  • 1/3 cup chicken broth

  • Chicken Marinade
  • 1/3 cup melted butter

  • 3 tbs ranch seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Combine the chicken marinade in a small bowl
  • Place the potatoes, carrots, and chicken on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper
  • Pour the marinade all over the chicken and vegetable rub it in.
  • Bake for 20 minutes
  • After the 20 minutes flip the chicken and vegetables. Place back in the oven for 25-30 more minutes
  • Enjoy

    You have chicken broth listed as an ingredient but no mention how to use it in the instructions.

      In her video she just pours it onto the pan before baking

        So I watched the video but it had been a while. I assumed she made a mistake in the written recipe and added the broth to the marinade. We’ll see how it goes.
