I absolutely love ramen noodles, so I am so excited to share this recipe with you all. I love to eat ramen prepared according to the package, and I could really eat that all the time if I let myself! But today I have a fun and easy recipe that uses ramen noodles in a unique and healthier way! Ramen Noodle Stir Fry with Vegetables is a cheap and delicious meal that you’ll keep coming back to over and over.

Ingredients for Ramen Noodle Stir Fry

This recipe only takes a few inexpensive ingredients and makes the most delicious dinner. All you’ll need for this recipe is five ingredients that you probably already have at home sitting in your pantry. After 15 minutes and a little bit of magic you’ll be in budget-friendly dinner heaven.

How to Make Ramen Noodle Stir Fry

This is such an easy recipe that takes about 15 minutes to make.

Step 1

Sautee the stir fry veggies in a skillet (use my favorite pink pans!)

Step 2

Boil your ramen noodles for 3-4 minutes

Step 3

Add the ramen to the pan with the veggies

Step 4

Add in one of the seasoning packets, soy sauce, and water and cook for 3 minutes

Step 5

Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 packages chicken flavor ramen

  • 20 oz bag frozen stir fry vegetables

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • 4 tbsp water

Directions

  • To a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil. Once hot, add the vegetables and cook for 7-8 minutes or until they start to turn golden brown around edges.
  • Bring a medium sized pot of water to boil. Once boiling, add in the ramen noddles. DO NOT ADD IN THE SEASONING PACKETS. Boil for 3-4 minutes, then drain the water out. Add the cooked ramen to the skillet with the vegetables and add in one of the seasoning packets, soy sauce, and water. Stir and let cook together for 3 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
