Pizza Rolls – Roll Dough Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 Rhodes yeast dinner rolls, thawed

  • 1/2-3/4 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbs Italian seasoning

  • Optional Toppings: Pepperoni, Black Olives, Sliced Ham, Pineapple

  • 1 tbs olive oil

  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce – for dipping in the end

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Grease your countertop with non-stick spray so the dough doesn’t stick when rolling. Roll each ball of dough out to a 6 inch circle.
  • In the center of each dough circle add the cheese then your favorite toppings, sprinkle with a dash of Italian seasoning, roll up and seal the seams.
  • Grease a sheet pan with non-stick spray. Place each pizza roll on the sheet pan. Brush the tops with olive oil (or spray with olive oil spray) Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
