Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients
12oz fettuccini
12.5oz can fire roasted tomatoes
1 white onion
4.5 cups chicken broth
4 garlic cloves
1 lemon
.5 tbs salt
2 tbs olive oil
.5 tsp pepper
1 tbs italian seasoning
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions
- In a large pot add in the oil, onion, garlic, lemon juice, fettuccini, salt and pepper, italian seasoning, and chicken broth.
- Bring to boil for 7-9 minutes. Noodles will continue to cook after heat is shut off
- Turn off heat and stir in the cheese. Enjoy

Can this be halved and adapted for the instant pot?
I made the Parmesan Pasta and followed it to the T. The liquid didn’t evaporate. I had to drain it. Did you drain your diced tomatoes or used undrained?
It was very flavorful ☺️
When do you add the fire roasted tomatoes, and do you drain them first?
