No Peek Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients
10 oz can cream of chicken soup
10 oz can cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup
2 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups uncooked jasmine rice
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
4 boneless pork chops
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray. - Into the baking dish add the cream of soups, chicken broth, rice, and half of the packet of Lipton onion soup mix, whisk well.
- Now place the pork chops side by side in the baking dish and sprinkle the remaining onion soup mix over the top. Cover tightly with foil
- Bake for 75 minutes or until the rice is fluffy and the pork chops are tender
