No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 26 Oreos

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

  • 1 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 3 – 8oz blocks cream cheese

  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

  • Reddi whip for the topping

Directions

  • Crush 20 Oreos. I use a food processor. Combine the melted butter and crushed Oreos
  • In a 9 inch springform pan (or 8×8 baking dish) add the Oreo and butter mixture and make a crust on the bottom of the pan. Place in fridge while you work on the rest of the steps
  • In a bowl add the white chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of the heavy cream microwave for 20 second intervals stirring each time until smooth
  • In a large bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and melted white chocolate mixture mix well. Add the last 1 cup of heavy cream and beat until thick and fluffy about 4 minutes
  • Break the last 6 Oreos up into thicker peaces in a ziplock bag with a rolling pin. Stir into cheesecake filling. Spread into the Oreo crust in the pan. Let chill for at least 5 hours Enjoy
