No-Bake Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 1/4 cup coco powder

  • 3 1/2 cups old fashioned oats

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 tbs vanilla extract

Directions

  • In a pot on the stove add the sugar, milk, butter, and coco powder bring to a boil while whisking. Let boil for 1 minute without whisking.
  • Remove from heat and add in the oats stir to coat the oats in the mixture. Add in peanut butter mix well. Lastly add in the vanilla and mix.
  • Place parchment paper on the counter and scoop dough into cookie sizes. Let cool for 30 minutes. Enjoy

    Way too much sugar, will halve it next time. Sorry, we use a lot less sugar in the UK. Other than that, nice easy recipe.
