I made this tonight to use up onions and kielbasa that was getting close to use it or toss it date. I’m not accustomed to cooking up pierogi on a sheet pan, but I thought I’d try it out. The pan was easy to prepare. The combination of sausage and pierogi blew me away. They’ll get made again …. soon. Thanks for sharing.

Have not tried this yet. Just wondered Juliette if I could use Frozen Pierogies that had been made Fresh about 3 weeks ago then Frozen. Love these Sheet Pan ideas for Dinner. It has made me exciting about cooking again after 40 years. From Virginia Webb

This was delicious, so easy to prepare and get into the oven! I did have to make a change – my husband doesn’t care for chilli powder so I used paprika instead. This meal was a huge hit.

I’ve been eating Pierogies my whole life and love them. If you add sour cream as a side “sauce”, that brings it over the top delicious. One of our family’s favorite ways to enjoy pierogies is by boiling them, sauteing a bunch of onions, and adding a large dollop of sour cream on top.
