Ham and Egg Bites

Ingredients

  • Oil spray

  • 12-16 slices of ham

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 12 eggs

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • Line each cup with 1 slice of ham (If the ham is super thin add  1.5-2 slices of ham in each cup) sprinkle with cheese crack a egg in each cup season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake until eggs are cooked through 12-15 mins.

    Julia. I made these last week and they were fabulous and went in a flash. We were all amazed that the egg still stayed soft even after being put in the fridge. Now the $24,000 question, can you freeze these please?
