Microwave Garlic Butter Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 golden pototoes, diced (russet or red work too, times vary)

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 tbs butter

  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

  • Sprinkle of fresh parmesan

  • Dash of red pepper

  • Dash of pepper

  • Pinch of parsley

Directions

  • Add potatoes into microwave safe dish with 1/2 cup water, covered with parchment paper (or lid). Microwave for about 10 minutes until fork tender.
  • Add in butter and garlic salt and stir well.
  • Top with any toppings you like and enjoy!

Notes

  • If using russet potatoes microwave for about 3-5 minutes longer
