Microwave Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp cinammon

  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour

  • 3 tbs sugar

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 2 tbs canola oil

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • Crumble Topping

  • 1 tbs flour

  • 1 tbs brown sugar

  • 1/4 tsp brown sugar

  • 1 1/2 tsp softened butter

Directions

  • In a regular sized mug, mix the first cinammon, flour, sugar and baking powder together.
  • Add in the wet ingredients and mix well
  • Microwave for 1 minute
  • Mix together crumble in a little bowl and add tot he top of the cake
  • Microwave additional 30 seconds Enjoy
