Barbecue Pork Chops In The Slow Cooker

Ingredients

  • 6 thick pork chops

  • salt & pepper

  • 1 cup bbq sauce

  • 1 cup apricot jelly

Directions

  • In a small bowl, mix together apricot and bbq sauce.
  • Salt and pepper both sides of the pork and place in the crockpot in a layer, spread a little bit of the apricot bbq, and repeat this with the last layer being the rest of the apricot bqq mix.
  • Cook on LOW temperature for 6 hours or HIGH for 5 hours.
  • Enjoy over white rice or mashed potatoes!

    Hi, your recipe for chops with barbecue sauce and apricot jam in a crockpot says to use thick chops, but they look thin. How thick are they?
