Baked Chuck Roast

Ingredients

  • 4 lb chuck roast

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp pepper

  • 1 cup beef broth

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray, add the roast into the baking dish and season with salt and pepper add the beef broth.
  • Cover tightly with foil.
  • Bake for 4-5 hours or until fall apart tender. Shred with two forks and enjoy!
